Teaching girls the "FUN"damentals of hockey - with emphasis on skating and getting girls comfortable on the ice, holding a stick and in equipment.
Perfect for players new to skating. Hockey sticks will be introduced as players progress.
ONLY 1 hour every weekend - A TINY COMMITMENT WITH BIG FUN!!!
Professional on ice instructors
Young female high school aged hockey players will participate and join in on the fun as peer mentors
Players can enroll at any point in the session
With skating basics girls can quickly transition to the #superGURL program

Weekly USA Hockey ADM format hockey sessions providing #SUPERskills development and "right sized" mini games & competition
ONLY 1 hours every weekend - SMALL COMMITMENT WITH HUGE FUN!
40 minutes on ice skills, 20 minutes small area games (mini 3 vs 3, relays, shootouts)
Professional On Ice Instructors

Player's can enroll at any point based on skating and hockey ability assessed by coaching staff

FULL EQUIPMENT REQUIRED

Girls United Hockey is open to players who are currently not registered on a

competitive USA Hockey team that participates in league play.

EQUIPMENT

Players will receive a jersey & hockey socks and can select from three fun colors
If you have equipment, we ask that you use it
A questionnaire will be sent out prior to the event to help better size your player
Full equipment if needed IS PROVIDED by Girls United Hockey (TO BE RETURNED)
